As wedding photographers, we work with people from all walks of life - this is one of the things that makes this job so exciting.
However when we have a chance to photograph fellow artists it is that much more of a challenge as it is added positive pressure. Ági as a flutist and Doma as a photographer clearly understand the creative process, which of course began by us meeting before the shoot. We instantly clicked and had long passionate conversations about art, photography, life and...well just about everything! When we asked what they were expecting from us on the wedding day, Doma came up with the most unexpected answer and said: "We couldn't care less if we only get 35 good photos, but would love you two to be around us. You make us genuinely calm and relaxed and that is what we truly want to feel on our wedding day" Needless to say we were so deeply touched and our hearts filled with an incredible amount of gratitude. Two days before the wedding we spent these joyful hours together which we both truly needed. The shoot was casual, relaxed and fun, just the way we like it. It was a good practice run before the wedding day. I know, you want to know how many photos have they got. Ok, I'll tell you: Maybe a little bit more than 35 - but stay tuned, the next blogpost will be about their wedding :) With Love, Gabe

Lidia & Edward // June, 2018 My photographer heart always feel inspired by the beautiful details and raw emotions. Lidia and Edward mastered the wedding planning genre :) They organised everything in less than 3 month - and they did a perfect job! They wanted to share their special day with their families and a handful of friends only, so they had a lovely, intimated day with a heartwarming civil ceremony at Bournemouth Town Hall. After all the official things, we jumped into our cars, ate our yummy vegan sandwiches (made by The Mad Cucumber team), and we went to The New Forest. Lidia and Edward chose an amazing spot there. They set up their all handmade(!) macrame there and took their vows for each other. It was the most beautiful secret we've ever witnessed - and we didn't even hear anything :) This made it more mysterious! We spent only a few hours together on that day - but it was a perfect day! It was a relaxed, carefree wedding with no drama (Lidia left the bouquet at the hotel before the ceremony, but her bridesmaid run back and saved her but that's it) :) They spent real, quality time together and their beloved ones, too. No unnecessary occurrence, no pressure to meet any expectation, just the pure connection, emotion and love. They carefully planned all the meaningful details and worked with amazing suppliers. You can find their list below. I can't be grateful enough for White Chalet Studio for recommending me to them! Lidia, Edward: I wish you as deep and joyful marriage as your wedding was! Wedding Suppliers Hotel: The Norfolk Royal Hotel, Bournemouth

Krackowizer Barber: Bonds Barber MUA/Hair Dresser: Julia Symons (Jules) Bridal Dress: Indie Bride // Minna Hepburn Groomswear: Shirt and suspenders from Next, trousers from Massimo Dutti, shoes by Hudson Vegan Leather Boots: Free People website {just note that the sizes that they make you choose from are US sizes. So if you want a UK size 6 you need to get a 9 on the website!} This year is a bit different for me - in a really good way.
I've learnt a lot from the past few years - I mean not only about photography, but about myself. My lifestyle is more pure for now - we've started practicing yoga, to make a better connection with myself again, changed my attitude with the food and the objects around me. Everything is more simple, and more meaningful. I'm still so far from where I'd liketo be, but definitely on my way now. I'm trying to give back to the community from where I get the most, so I was thinking about a few different projects. The most important in our head at the moment is the upcoming styled shoot which is all about zero-waste and vegan weddings. The goal is to inspire the couples and the industry as well to create breath-taking weddings, but in an eco-friendly, sustainable way. In the middle of the planning of the styled shoot, Lidia and Edward contacted us to capture their intimated boho-vegan wedding this summer. I was over the Moon! This is something, that really close to my mind and heart. So we jumped into the engagement session as soon as we could - and of course, it was a rainy day :) All of us were a bit unsure what to do, dig in, or postpone the shoot - but at the end, we are beyond grateful with the result :) Lidia, Edward - this is your month, enjoy every single moments of it :) Love, Gabe Save the date, guys, as 11th Febr will the most romantic day of 2018!
