These days are quite emotional for us.
I'm turning 30 on Saturday and Gabor is turning 40 eleven days later. It means deep summarizing in our end. We're trying to be as honest with ourselves as possible - and with eachothers, of course! Today we got some extra hours childcare from our beloved childminder, so we grabbed a great oat latte, and we took a nice walk around Bournemouth town center. Taking photos of the beautiful autumn leaves, some portraits, or leave the camera behind in the car? No, no, no... We felt we need to face ourselves! That's the perfect state of mind to take self portraits - as a nice record of our actual status. No Photoshop on our wrinkles, hair or skin. No Photoshop on our emotions. Here. We. Are. These are pretty important for us, so hope you enjoy them :) Hugs, Szandra & Gabor PS for photographer friends: Canon 6D, 85mm, F6.3 - tripod & EOS remote app

Ginger George Let's imagine a beautiful, cloudy Saturday afternoon, when you're chilling with your family, have a great picnic, and have no idea what's coming approx. 20 minutes later.... Now, you're a photographer, and have only 4 days left to find a male model for your personal boho-vegan-zero waste wedding shoot. But you also have a little girl, who has been invited to a birthday party so you're spending your Saturday in Moors Valley Park, rather than hangin on Facebook groups looking for the best model. Thank you're looking down from the bridge, and see an unfairly gorgeous red hair - on a boy's head! The heart starts pounding so strongly, you have to check his face..... Then.... OMG! He has freckles! OMG! He is handsome! OMG! I have to ask him! Well, you have nothing left, but ask your friends to look after your little one, grab your business card (try not to hear them laughing so hard, because you have a day without your fiancé and you're immediately casting a new guy :D ) and step next to a big blanket with a lovely family and The Guy. It's never been harder to speak in English though :D Poor George was sitting there - totally unsuspectingly, and I tried to explain everything in 3 short sentences. I was sooo nervous, then I realized, that ALL his family is starting at us, and I didn't want to know his day after my performance.... eeeeek! I was absolutely sure that he won't come back to us, as the whole situation was weird and awkward, and I felt like a llama.... then on the very same day he sent an e-mail to us! I was over the Moon! It was the best coincidence has ever happened to us :) He was the best choice ever, and we can't wait to work with him agan! Much Love, Szandra PS: It's so unfair that he has better hair than any of us, right? :D Venue: Knigton House - www.knightonhouseweddings.co.uk
